How Your Order Works

Step 1: Place your order — Choose a payment method at checkout. If you select Bank Deposit, we’ll email an invoice with the bank details and payment reference to the email address used for your order. Please wait for that email before paying. We’ll begin processing your order once payment has been received and confirmed.

Step 2: We order and check your product — We source your product from our supplier, then receive and check it in Ermelo before packing it for delivery.

Step 3: We ship to you — We’ll send tracking details by email or WhatsApp when your order is dispatched. Delivery times depend on the product and destination; please see our Shipping Policy for the current estimate.
