J&E PC CONNECT is an online-only store based in Ermelo, Mpumalanga, 2350. Walk-in orders and collections are not currently available.

How your order works

Place your order using a payment method available at checkout. If you select Bank Deposit, we’ll email an invoice with the bank details and payment reference to the email address used at checkout. Please wait for that email before paying. We’ll begin processing your order once payment has been received and confirmed.

Delivery area and timeframe

We currently deliver within South Africa only.

Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days from the order date. This includes supplier processing, our quality check in Ermelo, and courier delivery time.

Delivery estimates can be affected by supplier availability, public holidays, remote-area delivery schedules, or circumstances outside our control. We’ll contact you if there is a significant delay.
