At J&E PC Connect, we source and fulfil your components through pre-order procurement via our international suppliers — ensuring you receive quality products at the best available pricing.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the product type:

• Locally Stocked Products: Please allow 7–12 business days from order confirmation and may arrive sooner depending on your location.
  

Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide across South Africa — from Cape Town to Limpopo and everywhere in between.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders. The free shipping threshold will be displayed at checkout. For orders below the threshold, a shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
